Pixie's Shipping Insurance (make sure to add it to your order)

• Cost will be $5.00 and will cover up to 3 Pens
• It will be covered in the event of a lost or damage item(s) during shipping
• Coverage starts the moment it's delivered by the carrier.
• Once delivered you will have 10 days (calendar days) to place your claim to pixiesmagispell@gmaill.com
• Please make sure to take pictures or video for evidence to support your claim. If no pictures are provided your claim will be denied.
• If damaged during shipping and the claim is approved by us, we will proceed with replacement, please allow 12 business days for replacement to be shipped once claim is approved.
• If lost during shipping, we will place a claim with the Carrier, if they confirm package is lost, we will proceed with replacement, please allow 12 business days for replacement to be shipped once claim is approved.
• Please note this insurance covers a REPLACEMENT only, NO REFUND policy is applied to all our handcrafted items.
