All items sold by Pixie’s Magic Spell are made to order and handmade, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
