💖 IMPORTANT CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION 💖

✨ Custom orders officially open every Friday.

✨ Please leave detailed notes about your custom idea during checkout:
• Colors
• Themes
• Aesthetics
• Wording
• Design ideas
• Inspo photos
• Graphic preferences
etc.

✨ Customers may request any color or design style 💖

✨ If no notes are left, we will contact you before beginning your mockup.

✨ Please make sure your email/contact information is correct for approvals and updates.

🎨 DESIGN & APPROVAL PROCESS ✨

• Once your order is placed, we begin working on your mockup/design right away ✍🏻

• Our goal is to have all custom designs approved by Wednesday each week 📅

• Wednesday is NOT a pressure deadline 💕

• We want you to LOVE your design, not rush it 🫶🏻

• Until approval, you may:
✨ Add things
✨ Remove things
✨ Move things around
✨ Request changes
✨ Completely restart ideas

• If your design is not approved before Wednesday, your order simply moves into the following week’s batch ✨

• We process and order custom apparel in bulk every Thursday 📦

⏳ PROCESSING TIME ✨

Current processing time for custom apparel is approximately 2–4 weeks ✨

This does NOT always mean your order will take the full 4 weeks 💖

We simply want to provide a more realistic and organized timeframe while continuing to provide quality handmade customs 🫶🏻

🏭 PRODUCTION ✨

• Once your design is approved, your custom becomes FINAL.

• After approval, your order immediately moves into production.

• Once production begins, designs can no longer be changed or modified.

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION ✨

• Custom orders will ship after production is completed and quality checks are finalized.

• If your order contains ready to ship items AND custom items, your entire order will ship together once customs are completed.

• If you would like ready to ship items sooner, please place separate orders 💌

Tracking information will automatically be sent once your order ships ✨

Mockups and custom designing take hours of work, planning, and communication.

You are always welcome to ask if we can create something for you 🪄
However, we cannot begin designing unless an order has officially been placed.
