• Once your order is placed, we will review your request and confirm your colors/design ✍🏻✨

• You may request changes or adjustments before approval 💖

• Once your colors/design are approved, your custom becomes FINAL 💎

• After approval, colors and designs can no longer be changed or modified ✨

⏳ PROCESSING TIME ✨

Current processing time for custom bling pens is approximately 1–2 weeks ✨

This does NOT always mean your order will take the full 2 weeks 💖

We simply want to provide a realistic and organized timeframe while continuing to create quality handmade customs 🫶🏻

Because every bling pen is handmade and individually rhinestoned, slight variations may naturally occur ✨

• Once approved, your order immediately begins production 💎

• Every rhinestone is individually placed by hand ✨

• Production times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume 💖

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION ✨

• Custom orders will ship after production is completed and quality checks are finalized.

• If your order contains ready to ship items AND custom items, your entire order will ship together once customs are completed.

• If you would like ready to ship items sooner, please place separate orders 💌
