Current processing time for custom resin pens is approximately 2–4 weeks.

This does NOT always mean your order will take the full 4 weeks 💖
We simply want to provide a more realistic and organized timeframe while continuing to provide quality handmade items.

Because every pen is handmade, small variations and tiny beauty marks may naturally occur ✨

🏭 PRODUCTION ✨

• Once your design is approved, your custom becomes FINAL.

• After approval, your order immediately moves into production.

• Once production begins, designs can no longer be changed or modified.

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION ✨

• Custom orders will ship after production is completed and quality checks are finalized.

• If your order contains ready to ship items AND custom items, your entire order will ship together once customs are completed.

• If you would like ready to ship items sooner, please place separate orders 💌
