Process & Shipping information:

• Allow up to 3-4 businss weeks for your order to be shipped! As these are made to order handcrafted items.
• Make sure your contact and shipping (name, email, shipping address) information is correct, any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customers error will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
• Shipping time will depend on what you select at checkout, please note the shipping time is not included in the process time it takes to craft your item(s)
• Changes to your order CANNOT be made once your order is placed.

• Pixies's Magic Spell will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the product during Shipping. A USPS Claim will need to be filed.
