How to order:
Select the color/material for the back layer
Select the color/material for the top layer
Add your personalization Name or Icon(s), this will be engraved on the Top Layer color you select.
Processin your order:
Make sure to leave the correct email where to contact you.
Once order is placed, allow 24/48 business hours for us to contact you.
We will send a digital mockup with your requested design for your approval.
All comunication MUST be made though email, please do not DM on instagram as we will not have the detals of your order.
Upon your approval, no changes can be made, as these are made to order and we will cut/engrave what you have approved.
Process & Shipping information:
Allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped! As these are made to order handcrafted items.
Make sure your contact and shipping (name, email, shipping address) information is correct, any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customers error will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Shipping time will depend on what you select at checkout, please note the shipping time is not included in the process time it takes to craft your item(s)
Changes to your order CANNOT be made once your order is placed.

Pixies's Magic Spell will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the product during Shipping. A USPS Claim will need to be filed. But if there is any issue, please send us an email to pixiesmagicspell@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you! This applies only if you don't select Pixie's shipping insurance.
