Your Deposit Goes Toward Your Purchase

Your $5 deposit is NOT an additional fee.

It will be applied to your final order total once you're ready to complete your purchase.

During the Design Process

You're welcome to:

• Change colors
• Adjust layouts
• Change fonts
• Request revisions
• Even start over with a completely new design concept

Our goal is to make sure you love your custom before production begins.

Important Information

Because we dedicate time to creating your personalized design, a $5 deposit is required before or during our Custom Design Live for your request to be worked on during the live.

Requests submitted without a deposit will be welcomed after the live, but they will not be included in our live design session.

Payment

For this special event, you will not complete checkout for your custom item during the live.

Instead:

• Reserve your request with this $5 deposit.
• We'll design your custom.
• We'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
• Final payment is due Friday by 8:00 PM (California Time).
