Every Chaotic Threads by Pixie tee is individually altered by hand using our chaotic mix of techniques. Each shirt is created one at a time, making every finished piece completely unique.

Our hand bleached designs are created using a combination of stencils, splatters, drips, misting and other hand applied techniques. Because bleach reacts differently with every garment, no two shirts will ever look exactly alike.

The photos shown are examples of the overall design, placement and style you can expect. Your shirt will have its own unique bleach pattern and personality.

🖤 THE CHAOS IS PART OF THE DESIGN

Chaotic Threads is handmade, not mass produced.

Small variations are completely normal and intentional. These may include differences in:

• Bleach placement and intensity
• Splatter and drip patterns
• Stencil placement
• Bleach color and tone
• Slight stencil bleed or blowouts
• Overall pattern and coverage

Bleach colors can vary depending on the garment's original dye and how the fabric reacts during the process. Depending on the shirt, bleach may develop into shades of cream, tan, caramel, rust, pink or other variations.

Minor stencil bleed or blowouts can also occur during the hand bleaching process. These are part of the handmade nature of Chaotic Threads and are not considered defects.

Your tee will not be an exact copy of the one photographed.

👕 GARMENT COLORS

Our bleach altered designs are available on dark or bleach reactive garment colors only.

Because bleach is used to create the artwork, colors that are too light may not provide enough contrast or may not react appropriately for the intended design.

Available garment colors may vary by design and availability.

🧪 BLEACH NEUTRALIZATION & QUALITY CHECK

Every Chaotic Threads bleach altered garment goes through our finishing process before any additional artwork or transfers are applied.

After bleaching, the garment is thoroughly rinsed, treated with a hydrogen peroxide and water neutralizing solution, rinsed again, washed, dried and inspected.

This process is used to stop the active bleaching process and help protect the fabric from continued bleach damage.

Each garment is also inspected for visible fabric weakness, thinning or pinholes before it is considered finished.

While our neutralization and inspection process is designed to minimize the risk of continued bleach damage, we cannot guarantee that a handmade bleach altered garment will never develop wear or holes over its lifetime. Following the care instructions below will help protect your piece and extend its life.

🧺 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your Chaotic Threads piece looking its best:

• Wash inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Wash with like colors
• Use regular or mild detergent
• Gentle or delicate cycle recommended for longevity
• Do not use chlorine bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Iron inside out on low heat if needed
• Never iron directly over artwork or transfers
• A clean cotton cloth or T-shirt may be used as a pressing cloth
• Gentle steaming is okay, but avoid prolonged direct heat over artwork

Because your piece has been altered by hand, a little extra care will help preserve both the garment and its artwork.

Please keep in mind that purchasing a Chaotic Threads piece means purchasing hand altered wearable art.

Placement, bleach reaction, splatters, drips, stencil details and overall appearance will naturally vary from piece to piece.

These variations are what make your shirt yours.

No two will ever be exactly alike.

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

Please allow approximately 10 to 14 business days for your Chaotic Threads piece to be created.

Each garment is made individually and must complete the bleaching, neutralizing, washing, drying, inspection and finishing process before it is ready to ship.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
